The Bay Area has many hidden treasures especially along the coast highway. If you’ve ever driven north or south in California along the highway, then you have definitely seen the cutest towns along the way. Especially on the way to Santa Cruz from San Francisco, on one side you have farm land and on the other is the beach, its really one of a kind! During the holidays a lot of these farms hold pumpkin patches and Christmas tree farms. Each one is unique in its own way, which makes it hard to stop at them all or to choose one to visit. This year we headed to the Arata Pumpkin Farm. This place is like no other, with their pony rides, petting zoo, hay maze, hay rides, corn field and endless amount of pumpkins, its truly the perfect location. We arrived on the last day before they closed for the season. We had the whole farm to ourselves and the owners let us do the maze for free.
